How much is shipping?

We currently offer worldwide FREE shipping on all orders, with the exception of product samples. The shipping costs of a product sample varies per item, but starts at €4.95.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship to all countries worldwide.

 

Where do you ship from?

Our orders are being shipping from third-party facilities in either the USA, the Netherlands, or Asia, depending on the country of delivery of your order.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

How do I track my package

Once your order is shipped, our customer service team will provide you with a Track & Trace link so you can track the status of your order. You can also email us at any time for the status of your order by emailing our customer service team at hello@lalaunicorn.com.

 

How long does it take for an order to arrive

This depends on the items ordered and country of destination. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so some items are shipped faster than others.

As all of our items are custom designed as agreed upon by the customers, it typically takes about 2-3 weeks to get your items printed, shipped internationally, and delivered after agreeing upon the artwork and the full payment of the invoice. The actual delivery time depends on the country of destination.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
